Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Smartbuy account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
